We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.
Aristotle

My name is Emese Antal, and I am a Dietitian and Sociologist. In my work, I aim to emphasize at every forum that adequate nutrition is one of our most important means of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Research shows that there is a strong relationship between poor health outcomes and inadequate nutrition. I think it is essential to start paying attention to the eating habits of the future parents during the preconception phase. It is also important to start teaching children a health conscious lifestyle during the early childhood development stage. This creates a strong foundation which allows them the opportunity to make healthier choices into adulthood.

It may be more difficult to make changes as an adult, but making better choices will be worth it and it will pay off in the future.
Remember: Small changes can make a big difference

Good health to you all!
